  • Anaheim Public Utility:

    By phone: Call Anaheim Public Utility in Orange County directly at (714) 765-3300 and connect to a live attendant. Once connected, request your “monthly kilowatt hour usage for each of the previous 12 months.”

  • Burbank Water & Power:

    By phone: Call Burbank Water & Power directly at (818) 238-3700 and connect to a live attendant. Once connected, request your “monthly kilowatt hour usage for each of the previous 12 months.”

  • Edison:

    By phone: Call SCE directly at 1-800-655-4555 and dial “0” to reach a live attendant. Once connected, request your “monthly kilowatt hour usage for each of the previous 12 months.”

    Online: Go to www.sce.com
    Step 1: Log into your account. If this is your first visit to SCE, you will need to create a log-in. Once you create a log-in a screen will appear asking you if you wish to receive paperless statements. Disregard the question and click “continue to account”.
    Step 2: Click on the “Usage History” tab and here you will find your KWH Usage.

  • Glendale Water & Power:

    By phone: Call Glendale Water & Power directly at (818) 548-3300 and connect to a live attendant. Once connected, request your “monthly kilowatt hour usage for each of the previous 12 months.”

  • Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP):

    By Phone: Contact LADWP customer service by calling 1-800-342-5397 and dial “0” to reach a live attendant. Once connected, request your “monthly kilowatt hour usage for each of the previous 12 months.”

  • Pasadena Water & Power:

    By Phone: Contact Pasadena Water & Power customer service by calling (626) 744-4673 and dial “0” to reach a live attendant. Once connected, request your “monthly kilowatt hour usage for each of the previous 12 months.”

  • Riverside Public Utilities:

    By Phone: Contact Pasadena Water & Power customer service by calling (951) 826-5485 and dial “0” to reach a live attendant. Once connected, request your “monthly kilowatt hour usage for each of the previous 12 months.”

  • San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E):

    By Phone: SDG&E customers can call 1-800-411-7343 and dial '0' to reach a live attendant. Once connected, request your “monthly kilowatt hour usage for each of the previous 12 months.”

    Online: Go to www.sdge.com
    Step 1: Login to your account on the SDG&E site. Note: If you do not have an account you will be prompted to register and set up your login and password.
    Step 2: When the My Account screen appears click the "Compare energy use at your residence to that of similar homes" link. This can be found in the "Other Services" options.
    Step 3: Complete the short survey providing basic information about your home.
    Step 4: The previous twelve months of kilowatt hour usage is displayed in the third column under "My Information."
